Camp Overview

School’s out for the summer! It’s time to roam wild with special full-day field trips that include transportation, admission tickets and lunch. Students should bring a morning and afternoon snack, a refillable water bottle and sunscreen. 

  • Monday: San Diego Zoo

  • Tuesday: LEGOLAND 

  • *Wednesday: No Camp* (LJCDS is closed on June 19)  

  • Thursday: Fleet Science Center and Natural History Museum 

  • Friday: Del Mar Golf Center and Water Day 

Two camps offered

Grades 1–2
Grades 3–4

Led by LJCDS Camp Torreys Counselors. Each group will be paired with a team of camp counselors and supervised by activity leaders who will assist them throughout their time on the field trip. Counselors may vary each week.
