Athletic Performance Camp
Camp Overview
Whether a novice or champion, one-sport or multisport athlete, we have the program for you. Enhance your skills with joint integrity, stabilization, balance, coordination, agility, functional strength and conditioning. The mechanics of running, jumping and moving in multiple directions are covered. Registrants can choose to attend multiple weeks and session times.

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday (no Wednesdays)
Week 1: June 10, 11, 13, 14 (no session June 12)
Week 2: June 17, 18, 20, 21 (no session June 19)
Week 3: June 24, 25, 27, 28 (no session June 26)
Week 4: July 8, 9, 11, 12 (no session July 10)
Week 5: July 15, 16, 18, 19 (no session July 17)
Week 6: July 22, 23, 25, 26 (no session July 24)
Times
8:30–10:30 a.m. (Grades 9–12)
10:45 a.m.–12:45 p.m. (Grades 6–8)
1:15–3:15 p.m. (Grades 6-8)
$100 registration fee is paid once for one or more weeks
