Summer Enrichment for AP Calculus
Grades 11–12
This three-week course aims to effectively review the necessary skills for success in AP Calculus and to keep students’ minds organized so that they can understand the chronological order of their mathematical development up to now.

Music Adventures 2
Ages 4.5–7
Campers will be introduced to different instruments and types of music while learning rhythms, recorder, movement and note-reading.
APEX: School of Movement: Parkour
Grades 5–8
APEX PK Camps include activities like vaulting, flipping, swinging, games, obstacle courses, arts and crafts, perseverance training, self-discipline, character development and more.

This camp is for young adventurers to experience a variety of outdoor activities that help build important skills.

GLYP: Environmental Sustainability
Grades: 9–12
Off-campus*
As part of the Global Leadership Youth Program, a collaboration between LJCDS and the San Diego Diplomacy Council, students are introduced to environmental sustainability and the multilateral actions necessary to maintain it. They will interact with experts in the field, participate in a diplomacy simulation, and learn about ensuring a healthy planet.

The Art of Effective Writing

Expository writing is the focus of this class, fine-tuning research and writing skills. After a brief in-class lesson, students work independently on projects and writing.
